Is it safe to buy on-line?
Absolutely! All your info is used only for purchases with Aaardvark. It is not seen or forwarded to any third parties.
Are the costumes, wigs, etc. returnable?
As a rule, no. However, if a product slips through with a manufacturers
problem or we send the wrong size or color, we will allow exchange only.
In which case you must obtain a return authorization number within 2 days
of recieving shipment. Call 1877-722-2738 11-6 PST.
How about wigs. Are they a "one size fits all"?
Unless you have a very small or very large head, the wigs will fit most comfortably.
Who pays for shipping returns?
You do. All shipping is paid for by the customer.
Do the sizes run true?
Unless otherwise stated, a small is a small, a large is a large.
Do you rent costumes in your store?
No. All our costumes & accessories are for retail sale only. Usually cheaper than a rental for one night!
